Both Logan and Gaby were quick, responsive, and easy to work with! Give them raises! :) I will say it did take the art team a couple revisions to get my shirt art right, and part of it may be the lack of clarity in my direction, but I wasn't aware that the cost would rise after sending the first revision. I spoke to Gaby about it and she adjusted my deadline since my team was flexible on it which reverted the price -- I appreciate that! I think it would helpful to note the revision price increase in the Digital Proof UI so that customers are aware of the cost. Besides that, the process was great and I look forward to using Real Thread again the future.
