This is a reorder of hats because the first was produced on the wrong product—even though the correct product was shown in the online proof that I approved. My account manager (Gaby) was helpful and responsive to resolve the issue. I feel like things have been made right. I just wish the product issue had been caught the first time around to save the time and hassle.
