I have yet to find a wrinkle in the entire Real Thread operation. Emily has been a great help throughout my exploratory phase, patient and generous too. Kai is also real quick with replies and information, advise and feedback. I suppose credit goes to whoever is fostering a work environment that makes these people enjoy what they do. I haven't even put in a printed order yet because I've been sampling the tees to be sure I'm excited about the final product, but I already know the execution is top notch, so there's no worry there. Busting my arse to finish setting up a long term professional relationship with the RT. So close. Again, 100% Grade AAA all around! : ) This seems a little obnoxious but I encounter so much mediocrity in the world that it's nice to gush for a moment about this company.
