Customer Reviews

Didn’t always read emails very closely. Said he would send a small apology gift, but it was a kind of useless pennant.

Joey has been a joy to work with. Attentive, available and genuinely cares about his clients.

Gaby Droz is a wonderful Account Manager. She is very responsive and is personable. I know when I send her a re-order request, a new request, or just a general question, she always answers in a timely manner. I love working with Gaby!

After all sorts of trouble with our Staples partners, this order was a piece of cake. Appreciate the tip from my friend Jeremy Lloyd.

Trey is always responsive and helpful. This is now our third order with Real Thread and love supporting local businesses.
