Great experience! Super helpful!

Service was great! Response time at first was a little slow and I was having trouble with ordering online. But after getting that resolved (which everyone was very helpful) everything was great!

Trey is responsive and helpful throughout the process! Happy to have him guide me through my process.

From Kai, the initial person who helped me, to Trey, the account manager - they’ve been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, & very responsive. Trey even took the initiative to call me and address the reservations he felt I had via our email exchange. The conversation was brief, and a breath of fresh air in terms of someone caring enough to want to “get it right”. So much so, I’ve already told 2 people that I know who plan to get a shirt company started about RT. I’m looking frwd to the quality of my sample, and hope it cements my business relationship with you all moving frwd.
