For my recent order, I had the pleasure of working with Gaby Droz. Gaby was highly responsive and helpful throughout the process. She crafted extremely personal and positive responses to my emails, making the ordering process a breeze. I like Real Thread's ordering platform, which is easy to use. However, I actually prefer to reach out to my reps for orders, which is unusual. I feel extra confident connecting with a rep on my orders, especially when they are as efficient and kind as Gaby. It was very hard in the beginning to have a conversation with anyone. To the point I figured you guys didn't want my business. Would have rather stuck with one person for the whole process but Trey and Logan were great. Communicated both by phone and email. One lady in the beginning made it very obvious she had no desire to call me. Or call me back.

I really appreciated the quick responsiveness and helpfulness. Also the free tag printing!
