How to customize beer shirts

Customizing your beer shirts? Depending on the look you’re going for, you can choose from either our Supersoft inks or custom embroidery for your next batch of custom designed shirts for your brewery. Easily upload a design on the garment of your choice and our team will deliver a high-res digital mockup of your design that will show you what your finished product will look like, so that you have confidence moving forward with your order.

Looking for screen-printed beer shirts? Our Supersoft ink is a water-based ink that literally dyes the fabric of your t-shirt. Depending on the shirt fabric, SuperSoft could result in a more vintage looking print, but always one that's extraordinarily soft! If you’re looking for something that pops off the shirt, Bold ink might be the way to go. It’s exceptionally vibrant and durable.

Looking to add texture to your beer shirts? Check out our custom embroidery options!  Real Thread offers embroidery services for t-shirts, hats, tote bags, and beyond in three unique styles: standard embroidery, puff embroidery and metallic embroidery. They make great gifts for your church employees and they tend to move fast on church merchandise websites.

Can I order custom shirts for my entire brewery team?

Yes! Team shirts are a great way to unite your workers behind your mission, even if that’s beer! Our printing minimum is 20. To get started on your order, head over to our product builder.

Can we embroider our brewery logo onto our beer shirts?

Yes, of course! Embroidery is a great way to add texture to your brewery branded shirts, jackets, bags or hats! Choose from three unique embroidery options, standard, metallic or puff. We also offer embroidery patches and can embroider aprons. Learn more about our embroidery services here.

What other print services do you offer?

Beyond shirt printing and embroidery, we offer other fun services like foil printing, tag printing, sewn on hem tags, and folding and bagging. These services can bring your swag to life in new ways! Or if you’re trying to sell your brewery swag, they can get your merchandise retail ready in no time!

I can't find the product that I'm looking for in your product catalogue—does that mean you can't print on it?

No! We try to keep our catalogue as manageable (and un-underwhelming for you!) as possible, which means that we only add our most popular products to it. If there's a specific garment that you have in mind for your project, it's pretty much a sure thing that we can source it (or at least something very similar!), so just reach out to our team and we'll get you moving in the right direction.
