Trey was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I was very nervous when placing my order, for it was a large order to me. Despite this nervousness, my full experience with Real Thread was exceptional. The communication I received throughout the process and especially at the mockup stage left me feeling confident and reassured in my decision to use Real Thread for this project! On top of this, the unexpected thank you swag was the icing on the cake!

Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I spoke with Kai and Trey and they both helped me with literally everything I needed. I didn't get the name of the gentleman who helped me when I dropped off my tees but he was super nice and helpful as well!

Always very helpful. Website to create orders can be frustrating because it doesn’t always load new artwork correctly.
