Made everything easy

Joey is always great with us, even if we aren't so great to him, jajaja! I do appreciate working with him and all the help he provides during our orders.

Trey and previously Gaby have been excellent with communication and the product offerings.

I was introduced to Trust (not real thread) about 4 months ago through a colleague who has worked with Trust for years. After meeting the team and viewing the print shop, I was sold on partnering based on the service to a prospect buyer alone. I began working with Joshua but after a few email exchanges was handed to Travis to launch help answer questions and plan out a few different orders. Travis has been exceptional in his service, he is clear and concise with product offerings and explaining the different in pricing based on style and thread. The entire experience has been easy and enlightening. I'm looking forward to working with Real Thread and team in the future!
