For me personally, I don't order from Real Thread that often, but Joey Bordenga always makes me feel like I'm your biggest client! I'm always traveling and horrible at responding to messages, but he doesn't give up. Even when I haven't placed an order, he touches base to make sure things are good. — I'm loyal to Real Thread because of my account manager!
