Joey is a true professional. He was very responsive, asked all the right questions and was able to fulfill our order no problem on such short notice.

We LOVE working with the team at Real Thread. They're all fantastic human beings. The only reason I have to go any lower than "Exceptional" on our rating is that it often takes several attempts to get a response from our contact in charge of our business partnership, which I acknowledge is not the typical contact required for ordering shirts. The actual process of submitting orders has always been as smooth as can be - and the quality of the shirts and the printing is consistently fantastic. Our teams and customers can't get enough!

You guys have been awesome! Overall really quick and accurate responses with helpful information that helped me to create a quick turnaround for our project. I was impressed that I got a call directly from Dru - while at the airport no less - and that the first contact from Joey after submitting the order was to ask when I could get on the phone instead of trying to go back and forth over email! There were a lot of challenges with the ordering and proofing system but your friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive team more than made up for that deficit. Thanks!
