My team and I had so many edit requests and changes (the nature of the beast when you're designing internal merch, ha!) and Josh just rolled with it and was beyond helpful and supportive at every phase. Quick responses, clear and concise. I feel like there should be a rating option between pretty good and exceptional. Joshua was better than pretty good, but it feels odd to say someone was exceptional when the ask was not exceptional.
