joey was exceptional! i'm looking to build a long term relationship with a domestic screenprint shop so did a few hours of research online and then initiated a call with my top 2. i chose real threads bc of joeys knowledge of the company, knowledge of the process, transparent communication, openness to ideas (charms, wild packaging, etc.), flexibility, responsiveness and kindness. wow what a hire. as we started our first order, the questions he asked were so precise and really showed his deep understanding of the process. i'm so happy i found you guys! this all speaks so highly for real thread! good on you guys for retaining key staffers for 6 years+ wow. admirable!
