Great response time.

Our customer experience started off /closed out with Trey Ramsey, with temporary assistance from Kai Cooper when Trey was out of office. Both Trey and Kai were amazing in their clear communication, detail orientation, and speedy responsiveness. Our project was a bit complicated and they both did a great job of keeping it organized and ensuring I understood the process. Trey also made sure that our needs were met by working with the production team to make a bit of an exception in their normal workflow process. We are incredibly grateful to the Real Thread team for the customer service experience on our initial order and are excited to see how the apparel items turn out! If all looks great upon delivery, we will definitely be submitting more orders with y'all. Thanks again!

I was not familiar with your company at all, I found it online. You were the most expensive of the several vendors I attempted to get quotes from. The reason I used you is because your website is a lot easier to use, and Travis's follow up was fast, helpful and to the point. That made it worth it to go with you guys despite the extra cost.

The responses were quick and answered all of my questions. The transaction took place immediately.

Needed to make a quick update to the totals on each, not subtracting just adjusting, but they won't allow it.
