In dealing with Rob he was so personable I felt like I’ve known him for years we are a small nonprofit and got a grant to pay for T-shirts for an event that is three weeks away. I was new to ordering for my church. I reached out and talked to Joey for a few weeks before finalizing my design. He worked so hard and asked all my questions big or small. He never made me feel like I was asking too much. He was so patient and kind through the whole process. He worked above and beyond to get my order the way I wanted to that I was happy with. I feel more comfortable about ordering shirts again and hope to continue to work with Joey as he was so kind and the most helpful.

The people at real thread have been awesome to work with. I make at least one order a month and they are always quick to respond and proactive in ensuring that we end up with the best possible products.
