Things were great! I was hoping to be able to get shirts for an event, even just part of our order, but the only way seemed to be at a cost of an additional $300. I couldn't justify that (we're a not-for-profit). I thought I ordered with enough lead time (my local vendor is usually able to come through with 2 weeks notice). So, you'll be my choice when I'm able to plan 3 or more weeks in advance!

Joey was fantastic, super patient as we tried multiple options for the mock-ups. Very responsive and clear support. My only feedback is for your IT team, the upload artwork tool did not seem to work on Chrome only on Safari. May want to spread that message. It also could have been my pop up settings.

I feel like there should be an option between "so-so" and "very good" - which is definitely not a knock at you. The bar was set very high with Kim previously, and getting that level of attention was awesome. Im not unhappy - she was just mostly a lot quicker with simple questions and responses. I guess if I had to pick from these options it would be very good for you. I also understand you're running an entire business over there. Like I said, not unhappy and Im not sure theres really anything you could do except bring Kim back :)
