we love Mo!

My account managers have been great in responding and working with me to meet my order needs. However on my most recent order I was trying to change the quantity and there were no options to do so. I emailed my account manager and it seem like I needed to provide them with the quantities rather than being able to adjust the order myself. This resulted in a delay in completing the order and ultimately me settling to order a quantity not desired just so I could get them.

The customer service chat really helped and the mock up was exactly how i pictured it.

Real Thread has been our go to printer for 2 years now and we extactically happy about the quality of material, workmanship, and customer service!

Mo can roll with the punches we’ve had many adjustments and changes and he’s always able to help us get everything we need.

Rob is very responsive, always recommends products and colours and provides links to other sites so I don’t have to do the leg work.

The team noticed a miscommunication and resolved it to our immediate benefit while still charging us in the future but at a discount. This way, you don't lose money in the future and we don't lose money in the present. It was a solid win for your company.
