Super responsive, always helpful, love working with RealThread!

Between ordering for my own church, and working with RT as a partner at Catalyst...I have had the pleasure of working with many RT account managers. Joey is by far the quickest to respond, the most customer service oriented in his responses, and seems to really care about my order. He's been a pleasure to work with!!

Everyone that I spoke to answered my questions with no hassle. I love the customer service. My personal rep was very tentative and answered back my emails really quickly. Overall great experience, as I am a returning customer, myself.

Hi, I thought the entire process was awesome. Rob was fantastic with Follow up. The only suggestion I have is to ensure the website is is working... when I submitted an order or a quote request it always stays stuck on the "spinning wheel" and does not complete the request on my end. You guys were great with the email request which made my order happen! So... thank you!!! Just thought I would let you know :)

You guys responded within minutes if not seconds to our reorder and the process is painless!
