Real Thread quality is awesome and Joey has been an exceptional rep. There was a minor miscommunication on pricing when I placed my last order but Joey remedied the issue immediately. I also didn't realize I had the billing address listed for the shipping address and Joey also fixed that issue for me right away. Thanks, David

Joey was very attentive throughout the process. I appreciate his eagerness to close the deal. I would encourage him to not ride the client daily with emails. Idk if the order cancellation email auto populates - but it was a turnoff, and I felt very pressured. The GM is required to approve everything before we can send an order into production. It doesn't always go timely, but that shouldn't drive the relationship with aggressive emails. I did recommend Real Thread to our Sales Department, since they are looking for polo shirts for their department. Overall, I would certainly do business again with the company.
