I had asked for pricing against the volumes quoted - and was forwarded a series of invoices with no explanation - I would have preferred just the prices back at the volumes quoted. And- the quantities were incorrect on most of the invoices, requiring me to do extra work to figure out what was wrong, resubmit, etc.

Cierra was amazing! As our companies first ever order and creation of our own apparel, Cierra guided us through the whole process and made everything so easy!
