Rob Cochran is awesome!! He responds immediately and rectifies any issue I have whether incorrect shirt style or artwork that needs further tweaking. He goes above and beyond good customer service and provides me with exceptional service. The entire production staff also has put in extra hours just to get a design perfectly printed to spec on the shirt! I'm very very happy with Real Thread

Speed is biggest piece. I know when I contact Real Thread I am getting a response quickly, which helps when you do things last minute. The other piece was recommending the change of ink styles. He explained the difference and it felt like he wanted my image to be as true to what I imagined as possible. I like working with a company that values the products I am producing.
