Mo did a fantastic job. This is our first time working with real thread and I was impressed by the customer service. He was very prompt with answers which helps since we are on a tight production schedule with our event around the corner. The promptness makes you feel well taken care of and really reduces the stress prepping for this event. Only negatives were from the website. We had issues uploading our design file. Also the pricing from the quote to actual was different. We appreciate that the quote pricing was honored however that should be more clear in the quote process. Thank you
