I had asked for pricing against the volumes quoted - and was forwarded a series of invoices with no explanation - I would have preferred just the prices back at the volumes quoted. And- the quantities were incorrect on most of the invoices, requiring me to do extra work to figure out what was wrong, resubmit, etc.
