Great customer service. Very helpful.

Due to the busy summer travel season, my design team and I dragged our feet and took forever to get you all the artwork. But with literally no time to spare, you guys pulled through! Knowing that I can count on you guys to make our team look good is why we keep coming back! Thanks Dru and Sarah!

The person was very quick in responding to my question in addition to explaining what was happening with the logo, which in return helped me choose a better option for the shirts

Cierra was very nice. The issue was really that I had to keep correcting things throughout the whole process. Even the pricing I was quoted in the beginning was misquoted even though I provided all necessary details right at the beginning. Nothing changed. Then quantities were off multiple times, one of the shirts was mocked up using a design I hadn't sent this time around and so on. It was ultimately just a frustrating experience. Again Cierra was never rude, it's just not what I would consider an experience with a focus on attention to detail.

Rob was super helpful in explaining any issues I had and going above and beyond to make sure I understood and got the right shirt. Thank you!
