Joey was so helpful throughout the process- responding quickly to my questions, getting us our quote and mock up in good timing, working hard to get us the best pricing possible for our product and went out of his way to find a specific product we were looking for! He was so easy to work with!

I had a somewhat complicated order that I thought was going to be a painful process of going back and forth via email and a lot of waiting and confusion, but honestly, it couldn't have gone smoother. Sarah and I chatted through your messaging platform and we were able to hash out everything really quickly and effortlessly. She was super helpful and really pleasant to work with. Actually, everyone I've ever dealt with at real thread has been great, not to mention the quality of the printing. Being a designer, we can be a hard crowd to please haha, but you guys kill it!
