First time ever ordering from Real Thread and they are OUTSTANDING! I ordered 500 shirts and initially thought I needed a rush delivery but it would have busted my budget so I contacted my Real Thread account manager (Joey!!) and he responded within minutes and waived the rush fee no questions asked. Then, I found out the shirts needed a special two-day “before noon” delivery guarantee if we wanted to hit our venue’s tight deadline and again, I was met with the best customer service experience I've ever and Joey called my cell phone within minutes to discuss all the options and come up with the least expensive and most dependable game plan to guarantee our shirts are delivered before the conference cutoff time. Real Thread will be our company’s goto shirt supplier moving forward because their customer service knocked it out of the park at every opportunity. 10/10 highly recommend!!
