I spoke with Joey who was awesome. He answered really quickly and professionally. For me, T-shirts are great for my company brand, but it has nothing to do with my day to day work (Biotech investor)... I needed Joey to give me the advice that I needed, and it turns out I was trying to order the wrong fabric and ink type for the outcome that I was looking for. He checked in on a sample pic I sent and helped me through the process so that I can get the product that I was expecting, and not the one that I had initially ordered. Very happy with the extra mile and can't wait to see the shirts!

We LOVE Real Thread. Quality is always great, but everything else about the experience is too! Rob is always super helpful and answers all my questions. From start to finish I know I can send him a quick email and he'll get right back to me. There are tons of different companies closer to us, but no one can beat the quality and customer care of you guys. Thanks to your whole team! You guys are awesome!!!
