I had to question the quote several times because items were misquoted or savings/production efficiencies were not identified in the process. The team was helpful in getting it updated each time though.

I chose exceptional because of your customer service. It's quick and easy. We have had problems with submitting web orders twice now. So that is a big bummer. From the initial email, Rob was nothing but helpful and exceptionally quick. He made a quick mockup for us to get approval and then did research into the quantities we ordered on a past order that we didn't have access to. The account management was superb and I'm excited to see the final product.
