Your software is broken. If your site displays a price of $370, then you send me a mock up to approve with a price of $370, then I pay an invoice that says $370.... you should charge me $370. Instead, I checked my credit card receipt and was charged $624. Your account rep admitted that it was a mistake with your software, but the consolation was offering it to me for $510. After a few days of haggling, we got it down to $506. We run a software business - and similar things have happened with our software. However, we own our mistakes and honor the price the customer was shown - almost as a thank you for finding the bug. I'm only ordering from you, because I have no other options at this point, because I've been wasting time dealing with this issue. I can't trust the software in the future.

Oh my goodness, we had so many requests, because our team could not make up our minds about what we wanted. Sarah was incredibly patient and helpful. I have heard complaints about the other swag vendor used at Airbnb, so I'm excited to recommend people switch to Real Thread.
