The thing I most appreciate about working with Rob (and this was true of my previous Real Thread AM, Ashley Cruces too) is his response time. He's always on top of things and gets back to me quickly. It usually takes me a few rounds of revisions to get to the final design + specs, and Rob helps move the process along quickly.

Rob was so helpful and answered all of my questions about screen printing vs. digital. I had previously had a negative experience with custom printing this design so I was hesitant to try again. Real Thread restored my trust!
