I had a number of glitches with your site (very likely could have been things on my end / with my browser). Using the chat capability on the site quickly connected me to Melanie (I think) who focused on solving my problem ASAP (getting my order in NOT fixing my tech issue) - essentially following through on my intention - perfect! Tone and response time on point! Liv, my account manager, was also on point with info, tone, and response time. I think your marketing site is wonderful. I loved that I could download specific shirt templates that were easy to use. I think the ordering UX is really nice too. I just happened to have a number of tech glitches. Again, I suspect that it was my browser (chrome on my) being a shizhead :) All-in-all a wonderful experience. Can't wait for the shirts. In a commodities business, I think you guys are positioning yourselves perfectly within 1. great product, great service, great marketing/materials to help me make confident choices. These things are important to me - and I'd pay a premium for them. Also - the free T is a very nice touch and a great way to market real thread. Smart. Looking forward to wearing it. Bravo!
