There was a lack of detail and follow through when asking for quoted pricing and then when we gave the tshirt sizing there were multiple errors in submitting them into the quote we received back. Rob was really great and easy to work with from a personality perspective. But it was quite frustrating to not have him own up to the huge discrepancys with pricing from $23/ tshirt with the first quote to ending with $13 per shirt. The time it took to get things right made it difficult to do business. And the lack of apology for any errors made as well. Thank you for requesting feedback and Rob is great person... just not detail oriented.

I have shopped around and even though real thread prices are higher than some others that I've gotten, the customer service is so good that it's worth the extra money!
