Everything from chatting with account manager to the lil chats via the web plugin has been fantastic. Everyone's super friendly and helpful. Oh and most importantly, the girl I chatted with on the website sent a damn baby yoda gif waving goodbye as we ended the chat. I nearly lost my mind. Srsly, customer for life now. She deserves a raise.
