All of my jobs come out great. However, i would like to discuss the issue of the turnover time. I believe that your company is great but it needs to produce the items faster. The standard turn around time of 3 weeks is way to long. Your company should be able to get items to its customers within 8 business days without an up charge (rush fee). In addition, i would like to use your company for fulfillment. I was hoping that you can provide some sort of leeway for customers that are using this service. with previous account manager (Kim) the mockups were fast and accurate. This time the mocks took longer and there was some confusion about # of print colors. Originally Rob was quoting 3-4 colors for a 2 color design! I'm still not 100% certain that my client will get a 2 color shirt even tho I made sure to create the artwork in separations for each color. Wish I could have worked with Kim again, it was easy to communicate with her.
