Melanie has been fantastic to work with. We had to put a pause on our order in the Spring because of COVID, and she was very understanding and patient. As soon as we were ready to approve and move into production again she responded right away and got things moving again.

Joey was really responsive, and the team turned around a new mock with adjusted very quickly. My first time with realthread, long time customink customer - don’t have the goods yet but so far so good. Only thing I’d say was there wasn’t a place for me to specify what style ink I wanted used (soft/bold) unless I missed it.
