The customer service representative and account manager has been great to work with. I have experienced issues with the real thread website at almost every step of the ordering process, but my account manger has been great and resolving these issues.

All of my experience has been amazing so far- Kelsee has been incredible to work with especially as we figure out some of the logistics that Virginia Tech requires for ordering.

Joey Bordenga is our account manager who goes above and beyond when assisting our team. He is extremely helpful, communicative, and really knows what he's doing!

Travis is helpful, communicative, and goes above and beyond to help me find what I am needing!
