Joey was really responsive, and the team turned around a new mock with adjusted very quickly. My first time with realthread, long time customink customer - don’t have the goods yet but so far so good. Only thing I’d say was there wasn’t a place for me to specify what style ink I wanted used (soft/bold) unless I missed it.

So far, everyone at this company has been a joy to work with. Joey responded promptly to my order - reassured me about my colors and ink choices - and presented the proof in a way that I know exactly what I am getting.
