Before ordering the product, I reached out to your customer service team through the chat feature on the website. They were very informative and responded within the 10 minute estimated time frame. Upon completing me requests, I reached a proof for approval. After a couple of back and forth emails, we finally were able to find a design that we liked. Only suggestion for improvement, update your design section on the website to where you can rotate an image or logo.

Working with Rob was great, and because of his great service we will certainly work with Real Thread in the future. Rob answered all of my questions and gave me advice on how to get our artwork to show up better on the shirts. He also helped me over the phone with an issue submitting payment. A+ customer service!
