Very responsive!

I enjoy the simplicity of the website and easy to maneuver around. I like the process of the mock up. Rob the account manager was responsive and clear with his communication. The whole process was easy.

Immediately after placing the order I realized the artwork should have been moved slightly left. Liv emailed me immediately to address that since my normal rep Joey was out office. She also called soon after the email since she needed to confirm it quickly before it went to press. I appreciate that she allowed this exception even though it wasn't SOP.
