I really enjoyed the experience. Everyone was responsive to questions and the free samples were great.

They were extremely responsive to all my questions and requests via email communication. Plus the fact that I received the samples so quickly!

Only awkward moment was getting a second automated email after having had ( what I think was a human to human email exchange) returned to the website to re-start an order. It felt obviously botish and therefore insincere -- I have appreciated the communications from account reps and their tone.
