Rob is so patient & efficient. I know you guys pride yourselves on exceptional customer service & you always deliver it! Ive had some issues in the past with orders but it's never a customer service issue - the biggest issue was a garment issue claiming to be water resistant (raincoats) but they weren't. I sent one back to Rob & he is looking into it! We spent ALOT on them & the team was a disappointed when they didn't keep them drier then their t-shirts but Im hopeful we will find a solution!
