There was a lot of back-and-forth in this order, which we appreciate, but there was also a lot of confusion along the way. Specifically, we were unable to get a response yesterday afternoon, by either email or phone, when we wanted to place the order. Today, after we uploaded the order form, the t-shirt sizes input for final approval did not patch. Luckily, we caught it, but this was also frustrating. We did appreciate Rob's working with us to have the t-shirts in hand on 4/6, and we hope that will indeed be the case.
