When I ordered the shirts earlier on Monday, I would have told you that I was very pleased with the service, with the helpfulness of Joey. I was needing the shirts quickly and Joey informed me that a way could be worked out so that I didn’t have to pay expedited shipping. Wow! I was so impressed! However I woke up in the middle of the night with a gnawing that made me go back and look at the order and the bill. Now I would say that I’m really disappointed. It’s a done deal at this point. I’ve paid the bill. I have also learned my lesson. I was eager to get these shirts for an event next weekend and wanted some of the extra women helping with the event to have these shirts and I needed specifically some of the larger sizes. Last year’s event was cancelled due to Covid so we still had last year’s shirts on hand. So I reached out to you guys for help. I ordered more than I needed but understood the 20 shirt minimum. In my haste to get the order to you, I failed to notice that I was charged over 5 more dollars per shirt than last year. I can’t really imagine that your prices went up that much in a year. It’s pretty disappointing that I paid only $80 less this year for half the shirts than last year. So though I thank you for getting these shirts to me “without expedited shipping,” clearly I paid for it in a roundabout way. It’s my fault for not catching that I was being charged a little over $9 for these shirts a year ago and almost $15 for the exact same shirt this year. No, I would not have ordered these shirts for that price had I caught that difference. I was in a hurry. I own that. I know this order is little and it’s not a ton of money but it’s not my money. It’s my church’s. So I care even more deeply how I steward it. So you asked how you did and here’s my answer at 1:45in the morning. Marcie McClendon
