It has always been a very easy and pleasant experience ordering shirts from you all. Everyone is super helpful.

It was good, but I prefer personal interactions (speaking with a human). The chatbot only worked during business hours . . . and it took too much time . . . lots of texts and emails. I'm a business owner and time is precious. Lots of back and forth, but we finally worked it out. Ultimately, I chose Real Thread because I am a past client and you're local . . . but also because I liked the service from the past. I love digital, but phone calls at least are preferred from a relationship perspective. Otherwise, it is actually more cost-effective to go to another vendor, which I chose not to do. Just a heads-up because I know other people would likely feel the same way. I can't wait to see how the order turns out.
