I think I spoke to four people between email/chat and then phone today. Everyone was quick to respond and helpful. Joey pulled the two orders together today and streamlined the process while honoring the original prices in the quotes from yesterday. I appreciate honoring the small details and making it easy. Looking forward to seeing the shirts!

I found it frustrating that I was told for over a week that they could not source the size shirts I needed. I provided a source and they could not get in contact with them. I contacted the source and then bobs your uncle I have shirts. I also wasn't thrilled with saying I need 6xlt shirts and being asked if 6xl or 5xlt would suffice. Or being asked if black or white would suffice. It was not hard to find the t-shirt in an acceptable color and a size that fits for me. It should t be for you either. You are in the business. I had to pay quite a bit extra for these shirts which I somewhat expected. I needed someone to fulfill a need not change what I needed. So I found it a little frustrating. It took up a lot of my time to solve these problems and that's kinda what I'm paying you to do so... OK is the rating. It could have gone a lot smoother.

Joey was knowledgeable in the products and took the time to call me to assist me in making decisions regarding our purchase.

Simply awesome.

As always, it was quick and painless! It took 1 email exchange to get it all done! As a graphic designer, (great quality aside) any vendor that doesn't give me a headache, I'm holding on and not letting go haha.
