Overall awesome experience!

Your service is absolutely top flight. I can't imagine a superior supplier service. The site is clean, easy to navigate. The range of add-ons is perfect. But the true excellence is once the procurement process starts. Communications are quick and clear. I love the ability to view the mockups and they were made QUICKLY. Adjustments are easy to make and quickly, almost instantly applied. And for me the ability to divide the payments into two was vital. My only complaint is that you don't offer PUFF PRINTING! haha. Outstanding. You have a great team. I work for a major automotive manufacturer, Japanese, and I know a well-organized company when I see one. I look forward to working with you again soon. Rob is so patient & efficient. I know you guys pride yourselves on exceptional customer service & you always deliver it! Ive had some issues in the past with orders but it's never a customer service issue - the biggest issue was a garment issue claiming to be water resistant (raincoats) but they weren't. I sent one back to Rob & he is looking into it! We spent ALOT on them & the team was a disappointed when they didn't keep them drier then their t-shirts but Im hopeful we will find a solution!
