Took several back and forth emails to get it right. Partially due to a file I didn't add early on, but then several pretty easy mistakes. So hoping the account managers can read emails more carefully in the future. Time is valuable and I spent too much time on this order.

Melanie Vanderford was always extremely quick to respond to my emails, no matter what the question was. Joey Bordenga, while maybe not quite as quick, I think always responded within at most a business day, which was still very good.
