Super easy process, very responsive. Only thing that may be better would be to order with net terms, but I am sure there are reasons for not doing this. The best part is the options to tag, bag, etc.

Joey was great. My only feedback would be to have some sort of replacement system that suggests close type/color matches when something is out. Joey let me know which line was a close match but my gut desire was to have a ui similar to door delivery groceries where you can approve/deny suggested replacements when an item is out. Would certainly take some work on your side and maybe something you're already thinking of. Ty!
