Joey had all been professional and very prompt. Always very accommodating to make sure I’m satisfied with the shirts and the quality. Always answering any questions I have and being very clear and concise. He makes sure we’re on the same page with everything before I order anything. I know I can count on Joey for any shirt or designs and he’s gonna make it happen just like I envisioned.

My experience with Melanie was great- she was always very responsive and helpful through the ordering process- we had several issues with our artwork. Once we were transferred to Nicole, the timing was such that I was unable to reach her via email. She was working ET and I’m on PT. I was also frustrated that the phone number on the automated check-in emails was unresponsive. The number didn’t seem to be set up/connected. The unusable number is 407-392-9370. Once Nicole responded in person, I was able to get the answers I needed and was even able to reach her through a different number. The being unable to use the provided phone number was frustrating. I hope you address this issue. Overall, I was very happy with the customer service and responsiveness of both Melanie and Nicole. -Chelsea Marsh Palomar College
