Overall, my experience working with Nicole was great! She's been very helpful in every single step, as well as very patient (and knowledgeable) with all the questions I had during the ordering process. One positive feedback I shared with her in order for you guys to improve was that the ordering process could definitely be much quicker, considering that the platform messes up with the prices sometimes and I had to revise them more than once and wait for approval on her side. Something that could easily take one day - and one or two emails - was taking 5+ days, extending then the ordering/delivery date. Other than that, the process always runs pretty smoothly and I'll keep working with you guys for my next t-shirt designs.
