Joey has been very helpful and given us quick responses.

My first order was great but I was a bit disappointed with my second order experience. The person I was working with suddenly went on vacation without notice so I reached out to the general support email to find a new point of contact. There was a little confusion there so I cc'd both individuals who reached out to me. Then the new person I started working with, although very nice, seems to be either very busy or have limited availability because responses were infrequent. Lastly, the spreadsheet I provided (containing recipient names, recipient addresses, recipient sizes) were miscalculated in the order, which gives me little confidence that the names, addresses, and sizes/quantities will be ordered/sent correctly. All of these factors have added significant delay to the order when I had hoped to have had this submitted 8 days ago when I last reached out to POC, Emily. Unsure if I would like to continue ordering but I understand that we are creeping into the holidays and would like to see how this order turns out.

Joey has been incredibly helpful and responsive every time I've reached out to them. I truly appreciate the professionalism and having a partner I'm confident working with.
