Nicole was outstanding! Went above and beyond to help out with my order.

I was given one quote, but when the invoice came it was almost double the price. I pushed back and they gave me the original quote which was honorable. Looking forward to receiving the T-shirts!

I am under a tight deadline and Real Thread was a last minute hail mary for me to get everything done in time. Assuming our receiving date of March 11th is met then my rating of exceptional will stand.

Nic and Melanie have nothing short of fantastic when it comes to customer service and communication. I am starting my own rugby clothing brand and had so many questions and concerns and they answered them all with the most patience and kindness I have experienced.

Melanie was great! She was very helpful and was able to offer a good alternative for a product that was not available anymore. Melanie responded to all of my questions in a swift manner and offered a quote within the hour of us talking. Nic, who was also involved in the processing was very responsive.
