As always, the customer support was excellent. I had some tweaks I wanted to make and we were able to find the shirt and print style I desired and made it all work! Looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Joey was great as always. The only real hangup i've had in the past is when i've asked for blank samples ahead of time, they've tried to charge me which is a huge pain to have a seperate charge just to get <$100 in samples against a >$15k order. this was not an issue at all this time and it really eased the process. honestly, the realthread shirt joey sent got me. you guys have great design for your own stuff and that's something i could use help with on some of these shirts moving forward. it sounds like there aren't digital designers in house. if that's the case, i'd be interested to know who you use for your own stuff. thanks as always. looking forward to getting them in hand.
